Founder - Master Scott Bainton
Scott Bainton has lived in the Waco area for several years after moving from Hawaii where he served in the United States Air Force. Scott has studied martial arts for over 35 years including Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Kuk Sool Won, Kung Jung Mu Sul, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, and has attained his 7th degree black belt in Ba Ki Do and 7th Degree black belt in Bainton Bujutsu. He graduated as Valedictorian from Hawaii Pacific University in 2003 with an International Business Degree and was a Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee in August, 2018.
Master Tyler Simonek
Tyler has been teaching and training since 2007 and is currently a 4th Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu, and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Ba Ki Do. He has also studied Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is currently in school to become a medical doctor.
Master Simon Peter Bar-Jona
Simon has been training since 2011, has been on staff since 2012 and is currently a 4th Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Ba Ki Do. He is also a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Simon has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently teaching at Waco ISD.
Master Zachary Lange
Zachary has been training since 2009 and teaching since 2014 and is currently a 4th Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Ba Ki Do as well as training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Zachary is currently enrolled in College. Zachary is currently the assistant manager of the Hewitt location.
Truett Teague
Truett has been training and teaching since 2008 and is currently a Red Black Belt in Bujutsu as well as training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Truett is currently the manager of the Hewitt lcoation.
Sensei Cooper Cherry
Cooper has been training since 2011, teaching since 2017 and is currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Cooper is currently an honors student at Texas A&M University.
Sensei John David Moran
JD has been training since 2012, teaching since 2018 and is currently a 1st Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu and a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. JD is currently serving in the United States Air Force.
Sensei Zoey Canuteson
Zoey has been training since 2015, teaching since 2021, and is currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu. Zoey is also an honors student at Midway High School.
Sensei Hadyn Charles
Hadyn has been training since 2013, teaching since 2021, and is currently a 1st Degree Black Belt in Bujutsu. Hadyn is also an honors student at Midway High School.
Tara Bainton
Tara has been training and teaching since 2023 and is currently a White/Black Belt (Junior Black Belt Candidate) in Bujutsu. Tara graduated from Texas Tech with her Bachelor's degree and Tarleton State University with her Master's Degree in Business Administration. Tara is married to Master Scott Bainton.
